The claims about the network have been investigated by the New York Attorney General for around six months.
Officials from a department now referred to as “The Weinstein Unit” since their success in nailing Harvey Weinstein—have interviewed over a dozen women about the alleged violations.

View on XAccording to the New York Post, Linda Vester, a former NBC News anchor noted that she was interviewed about the claims.
“They wanted to know as many details as I could offer about what Andy Lack’s involvement was in orchestrating a public response against me and a defence or cover-up. He was one of many,” she said.
