Lewis penned the article as an op-ed, articulating her thoughts and concerns around the permeation of socialist ideology in young people and Canadian society.
Lewis was seen as a powerful writer during her candidacy for leader, thus it is no surprise that the National Post audience seemingly enjoyed the piece. It nonetheless was attacked by partisans.
