Abdullahi Abdullahi, 19, is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for aggravated assault and five additional weapons offences for allegedly shooting up a restaurant.
A man believed to be connected to a shooting in downtown Calgary restaurant now has nation-wide warrants out for his arrest, according to the Calgary Sun.
Abdullahi Abdullahi, 19, is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for aggravated assault and five additional weapons offences.
The shooting took place on May 31, around 4 p.m. at a restaurant in the 1500 block of 12 Avenue SW. Police responded to the call and found one person in the restaurant that had been shot although they were in stable condition.
In a press release Monday, police confirmed that additional shots were fired in the alleyway across from the restaurant before the suspect fled in a Ford Fusion that was light-green in colour.
It is suspected that the person hit during the shooting was not the suspect's intended target. The suspect has been identified by police although his whereabouts remains unknown, prompting the issuance of warrants.
