These are the actions Trump can take now that SCOTUS ruled against nationwide injunctions
“So thanks to this decision, we can now promptly file to proceed with these numerous policies and those that have been wrongly enjoined on a nationwide basis.”

President Donald Trump and other officials appeared at the White House on Friday, where he addressed the recent Supreme Court ruling against nationwide injunctions from district courts. Many district rulings that were applied nationwide have hampered the agenda of the Trump administration on different issues. He and other officials listed off the administration's policy agenda items that can now go forward after the decision on Friday.
Trump touted the decision, saying, "In recent months, we've seen a handful of radical left judges effectively try to overrule the rightful powers of the president to stop the American people from getting the policies that they voted for in record numbers."

"This is a decision that covers a tremendous amount of territory, but I want to just thank again, the Supreme Court for this ruling. It's a giant. It's a giant, and they should be very proud, and our country should be very proud of the Supreme Court today," Trump added.
On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled 6 to 3, "Universal injunctions likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to federal courts. The Court grants the Government’s applications for a partial stay of the injunctions entered below, but only to the extent that the injunctions are broader than necessary to provide complete relief to each plaintiff with standing to sue."
Attorney General Pam Bondi then spoke, talking about the number of arrests that immigration authorities have made of illegal immigrant gang members in the United States, one area where many judges have tried to buck the Trump administration, including in the deportation of the "Maryland man," Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

We had a stay of an order that stopped the Department of Defense from implementing military readiness under the EO that President Trump signed. We had another stay of an order forcing reinstatement of fired executive branch employees entirely within the president in Article Two, his right to do. We had a stay of, as you all know, of numerous DOGE cases, and again, every one of those stays requires a tremendous amount of work and effort by the lawyers and parties involved. They should be doing other work. They should be doing the work that the President and this administration demands and has a right to demand, and not fighting these, these local judges who don't make decisions based on the law.”
