WATCH: Doocy laughs off Biden’s ‘stupid son of a b*tch’ taunt

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy has already laughed off President Joe Biden's scornful taunt calling the White House correspondent "a stupid son of a b*tch."
Biden's apparent hot mic moment followed Doocy's direct question on inflation Monday at a White House event. Instead of answering Doocy, the commander-in-chief, while shaking his head, muttered, "What a stupid son of a b*tch."
"Do you think inflation is a political liability…in the midterms?" Doocy reportedly asked Biden while the scene wrapped up in the East Room, according to Deadline. "That's a great asset. More inflation," Biden preluded the sarcastic reaction.
Within the hour, Doocy, appearing in front of the White House, took to his home network to recount the colorful exchange with the president of the United States.
"He didn't want to take any question off-topic," Doocy said. "He was at an event about inflation and so I asked one on inflation." Fox News replayed the expletive-filled clip capturing a bristling Biden losing his temper in front of the camera.
"And now we'll just wait to see if the White House has to bleep that on the transcript," Doocy said. He pointed to the White House's not-yet-uploaded official transcript of Biden's remarks to his Competition Council, the event Monday that was held to discuss ways to reduce costs and boost wages amid skyrocketing prices.
Doocy revealed that other reporters had to inform him of what Biden mumbled because the White House "wranglers" had whisked away the press pool.
Masked members of the media, including Doocy, were quickly ushered out of the room before Biden's outburst. A hand was visibly placed on Doocy's back by what looked like a White House staffer who escorted the journalist towards the exit.
"I think the president's right: You are a stupid SOB," jested Fox News personality Jesse Watters. Dr. Anthony Fauci had called for the conservative firebrand's termination after Watters encouraged college students at Turning Point USA's AmericaFest to ask Biden's chief medical advisor tough journalistic questions.
