WATCH: Seattle police release officer body cam, surveillance video, 911 calls of homicide which led to officer-involved shooting

The audio of the 911 call from an observer began with, "There's a man outside in the (Jimi Henrix) park...I think he's shooting. I can see him straight through my window. He has a gun in his hand. He has a red hat on black pants, black jacket."

Another 911 call was from one of the suspect’s alleged victims. "Me and my friend just got shot. I don't know where we are. We just got shot like three times. I can't even…No, I don't know where I am. My friend is dying. She got shot in the face. Please come, please come one moment. He's dying. He's dying."

The suspect comes into the frame holding a gun and is seen accosting a vehicle in a parking lot allegedly with the victims inside. The actual shooting cannot be seen from the vantage point of the surveillance camera. However, the suspect can be seen after the shooting pointing the gun at the windshield and banging the firearm on the hood of the vehicle.

The woman, on the call, clearly frantic, continued. "He's dying. Well, my friend has died... please send paramedics right now. I got shot three times. Three times…please. We just got shot. I'm going to die. We're going to die…My friend is dying."

The video then cuts away to the suspect walking out of the parking lot of the Northwest African American Museum and Jimi Hendrix Park where police have responded. Police order the suspect to drop the gun at which there is an inaudible response, then the suspect raises the gun towards police. Officers open fire, killing the suspect.

The police also released a photograph of the suspect's firearm.

According to SPD, the "suspect shot two victims in the 2300 block of South Massachusetts Street Tuesday night, resulting in the death of one victim and leaving the second critically injured. Officers responded and exchanged gunfire with the suspect, and the suspect died at the scene."

The SPD blotter stated that "At 9:16 p.m., a caller reported hearing a shot fired near 24th Avenue South and South Massachusetts Street. Additional callers reported seeing a man firing a gun in the same area. When officers arrived on scene they heard multiple gunshots. The suspect walked towards the officers, raised his firearm and fired at them. Officers returned fire, striking the suspect. Some of the officers began providing aid to the suspect, while others searched the area for victims of the suspect. The two victims were found in a vehicle parked in the parking lot of 2300 South Massachusetts Street. The Seattle Fire Department arrived to take over emergency care and medics declared the suspect deceased. SFD medics transported both of the victims to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. One of the shooting victims died during transport to the hospital."

According to SPD, The Crime Scene Investigation Squad responded to process the scene, and detectives from the Homicide Unit are currently investigating. The Force Investigation Team will investigate the officer involved shooting. Representatives of the Office of Police Accountability and the Office of Inspector General responded to the scene.

Antifa and BLM activists in Seattle did not wait for the footage and immediately after the shooting, began accusing SPD of police brutality and even organized a march through Seattle for Wednesday night.

As of the time of publishing, the march is continuing through the city. So far there has been one arrest.

This is a developing story.
