"How do you have any time for a personal life?" Moriarty asked a bit later. Abrams said that her work takes up most of her time.
"Here's my point: I would love to give priority to my personal life," Abrams said. "The last year has made that a little less possible. I was dating someone before the pandemic hit. It ended before the pandemic did."
Abrams was asked about the 2018 gubernatorial election, which she maintains that she won, though it brought Brian Kemp into the statehouse.

Abrams' voting advocacy group Fair Fight is credited with turning Georgia blue in 2020 with a victory for Biden, and in 2021 with two senatorial run-off elections going to Democrat candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.
Abrams was on the show to discuss the romance novels she has authored under a pseudonym, as well as her latest book, under her own name.
