“Bureaucratic leadership over the past half-century has led to Federal policies that enlarge and entrench the Washington, DC, managerial class.”

President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday to "eliminate the Federal Executive Institute" which is an organization in the federal government that is "purportedly designed to provide bureaucratic leadership training."
The order states that in order to use taxpayer funds wisely, the White House will "eliminate, to the greatest extent permitted by law, executive departments and agencies and programs that do not directly benefit the American people or further our Nation’s interests," including the Federal Executive Institute.

View on RumbleThe Institute was "created by the Administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson more than 50 years ago" and is supposed to provide training to government bureaucrats. The Trump White House wrote that "bureaucratic leadership over the past half-century has led to Federal policies that enlarge and entrench the Washington, DC, managerial class, a development that has not benefited the American family."
As result, Trump said that the Institute should "therefore be eliminated to refocus Government on serving taxpayers, competence, and dedication to our Constitution, rather than serving the Federal bureaucracy."
This elimination of the office comes as Trump as well as Elon Musk, Trump's appointed head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has been working with his team to cut spending and waste from the federal government.
During his first few weeks in office, Trump has signed executive orders to get rid of all DEI and "environmental justice" programs in the federal government. Along with that, there have been cuts to the staffing at the EPA as well as the DOJ for offices related to climate change policy items.
