Christopher Rufo revealed on X and in a new report out from City Journal that employees at the National Security Agency (NSA) have been involved inexplicit conversations in government chat rooms while on the clock. These workers are part of the federal intelligence community. An NSA spokesperson promised the agency will take action against against "any and all employees" that abused the system.

Christopher Rufo and Hannah Grossman at City Journal reported that two channels from the NSA’s Intelink messaging program featured discussions related to polyamory, kink, sex change surgeries, and range of other explicit topics. The journalists said reported that the chat logs from the channels were provided by a former as well as current employee at the NSA.

Rufo posted on X, that he and Grossman "have obtained logs from the NSA’s secret transgender sex chatroom, in which NSA, CIA, and DIA employees discuss genital castration, artificial vaginas, piss fetishes, sex polycules, and gangbangs—all on government time."

After the report was released, an NSA spokeman reponded, "The agency put an enormous amount of trust in people allowed to use government systems. There is an expectation for full compliance with all of the laws and policies clearly posted on all those systems. We are continuing to look into this issue. We're taking actions against any and all employees who abused this system."

In some of the chat logs, intelligence employees were shown to have focused on the topic of male to female sex change surgery to create an artificial vagina. One employee who had the surgery, according to the report, said about the procedure, “[M]ine is everything. [I]’ve found that i like being penetrated (never liked it before GRS), but all the rest is just as important as well."

An intelligence official said that the surgery allowed the employee to "wear leggings or bikinis without having to wear a gaff under it," according to City Journal.

Rufo said that two Intelink channels were the ones in question, and said, "The servers are supposed to be used for government work, but gender activists have hijacked at least two channels—LBTQA and IC_Pride_TWG—to discuss fetishes, kink, and sex, all legitimized as 'DEI.'"

The employees, per Rufo, discussed their hair removal, sexual pleasure after getting sex-change surgery, as well as getting estrogen injections. One trans-identified male employee wrote, according to the report, "[G]etting my butthole zapped by a laser was . . . shocking."

"Look, I just enjoy helping other people experience boobs,” another employee wrote in one of the chat logs, per the report. Another wrote, “[O]ne of the weirdest things that gives me euphoria is when i pee, i don’t have to push anything down to make sure it aims right."

Rufo and Grossman reported that gender activists in the agency used LGBTQ+ employee resource groups in order to "turn their kinks and pathologies into official work duties."

In January, employees on the channels discussed polyamory as well as polycules. “[A] polycule is a polyamorous group. A is my [girlfriend], and B-G are her partners. . . . then B&C are dating but not C&D, nor E, F, or G with any of the others, though there are several MWB (metas-with-benefits) connections," one intelligence employee explained, per the report.

Many of the discussions, the outlet said, occurred during work hours paid for by taxpayers, and became explicit at times. They reported that one source still at the agency was "disgusted" by discussions regarding "gangbangs" that occurred on the weekends.

“These are folks with top secret clearances believing they are an IT!” the active source reportedly told the outlet. The source reportedly told Rufo and Grossman that the staffers involved the resource groups fear that DEI will come to an end during the Trump administration.
