On Monday night at an event in Miami, former POTUS Barack Obama took a jab at Trump saying "he says he might declare victory before all the votes are counted tomorrow... that's something a two-bit dictator does."

Obama likened Trump to strongmen elsewhere in the world, saying the current President has been "coddling dictators" for the last 4 years.

"If you believe in democracy, you want every vote counted" Obama told the crowd.

President Trump and the Republicans have cast their doubts on the absentee/mail-in ballot systems in several states after various incidents of missing, destroyed or stolen ballots came to light.

An 'unknown number' of mail-in ballots reportedly went missing in Pennsylvania, which state is particularly critical for this election. Pennsylvania is the second largest of the swing states which then-candidate Donald Trump carried in 2016 by a margin of 0.72 percent. It has 20 electoral votes up for grabs.

The Biden campaign has already intimated that there is no way they would concede a win to Donald Trump on election night.
