“If Justin Trudeau had been an honest and reasonable politician, this kind of distrust wouldn’t be necessary. If he had kept his word and kept his promises, then he would get the benefit of the doubt.”
Justin Trudeau says he doesn’t want an election, which means he wants an election. Given all his lies, nothing Trudeau says can be believed at this point.
Of course, he knows that appearing to trigger an election wouldn’t be a good look for him. So, he and the Liberals will want to set things up so others are blamed.
That means we must watch out for poison pills in the upcoming Liberal throne speech. We have to look out for ideas that the Opposition simply cannot support.
That could be a clear sign that the Liberals are going to run gigantic deficits for the foreseeable future.
It could be plans to destroy free expression on the internet through government regulation meant to silence anti-Liberal voices. Or, it could be something else entirely.
But the big thing to realize is that the Liberals want an election and want to blame others for that election happening.
Which means they must force people to vote against them, while mouthing all the ‘proper words’ about ‘working with others,’ and all that.
Now, some may see this as cynical, but it is simply realistic.
If Justin Trudeau had been an honest and reasonable politician, this kind of distrust wouldn’t be necessary. If he had kept his word and kept his promises, then he would get the benefit of the doubt. But instead, his time in office has been filled with endless lies, both big and small.
For example, Trudeau lied about his promise to plant two billion trees. Instead of two billion being planted, zero have been planted.
That may seem trivial, but it gets at the attitude behind the Liberal government.
If you’re willing to lie about such an easy to fill promise—it would be so easy for the government to have at least planted a few trees—then it shows you would lie about anything, as Trudeau has done over and over and over again.
It’s a combination of arrogance, and having the establishment press on his payroll.
Trudeau knows that if he inserts enough poison pills into the throne speech, he may be able to trigger an election while using the media to cast the blame on others.
Only independent media can push back against Trudeau’s corrupt attitude and against the corrupt establishment press. Will we let Trudeau get away with more lies, or will he finally be held accountable for how he is dividing our nation?
