PA middle school girl says trans student who allegedly beat girl with Stanley Cup had 'hit list'

A trans-identifying middle school male who was caught on video attacking a 13-year-old girl with a Stanely Cup was revealed to have had a “hit list” of students to target.

Last Wednesday, a seventh-grade girl was left hospitalized after being attacked at Pennbrook Middle School in North Wales, Pennsylvania. The accused student, a biological male who identifies as female, allegedly attacked the girl in the head with a Stanley Cup in the school cafeteria.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, a fellow student came forward at a school board meeting, claiming to have alerted school authorities about the existence of a "hit list" maintained by the accused student prior to the attack.

“You could've stopped it,” the student said. “It was five hours from when I told you it was going to happen. I don't get how you couldn't have stopped that.”

The girl went on to say that another girl was being bullied by the accused student every day and repeatedly went to the counselor, stating that an attack was going to happen.

The accused student also allegedly screamed “I’m going to murder you!” to students.

The school board claimed that the attack lasted eight minutes, however, the student who witnessed the incident said it lasted 28 minutes.

“We had to watch [the victim] taken out with blood dripping down her face and I will never forget that! Laying in bed last night I just kept repeating it in my head,” she recalled.

The student who was attacked suffered an open-wound on her head and was hospitalized to be treated with staples to close the wound. She also underwent concussion protocol due to the nature of the attack.
