Pope Leo's MAGA brother hangs out with JD Vance, Trump at UFC Freedom 250 outside the White House

Vice President JD Vance and President Donald Trump were seen hanging out with Pope Leo XIV's older brother at the UFC event held at the White House over the weekend. The older brother has previously been revealed to be a massive fan of the president.

The pope's brother, Lou Prevost, was seen with Vance in a post from the White House for the UFC fight taking place in celebration of America's 250th anniversary.

Users on X reacted to the post of Vance with Prevost, with multiple people saying, "Is that the pope's brother?"

During the UFC event, Vance was also seen introducing Prevost to the president.

Although Prevost has been a fan of the Trump administration and is a longtime supporter, the Pope has had recent public spats with the administration. "I like his brother Louis much better than I like him, because Louis is all MAGA," Trump said in a previous post to Truth Social in April.

The event put together by the UFC and the Trump administration lit up on social media over the weekend, with photos of the Thunderbird and Blue Angel flyover going viral. Additionally, a photo of lightning as well as a rainbow adjacent to the Washington Monument spread like wildfire on social media.

Video of the spectacle was posted by the White House on Saturday evening, the day before the UFC fight on Sunday, where the Trump administration wrote in the caption, “Fight night energy is taking over DC. UFC Freedom 250 is almost here.”
