Raulino de Oliveira Maciel, known online as RaulZito, was arrested in Brazil on Tuesday for the alleged sexual assault of two minors who were lured by him on his livestream.

The child protection unit of the police in Florianopolis in Santa Catarina state in the south of Brazil detained the famous YouTuber and Fortnite gamer in connection with alleged incidents involving two children between 10 and 14 years of age. One is male and the other one's gender has not been identified.

According to the US Sun, Maciel mentioned working with "young talents" on his livestream and lured them with promises of work acting in the gaming world and even on TV stations.

Maciel's fame on the internet made these promises eminently believable. He also publicly opened a consultancy firm with the ostensible purpose of finding and training new talent in the gaming industry.

One of the incidents allegedly occurred in Niteroi, just across from the city of Rio de Janeiro. The other took place in the municipality of Sao Caetano do Sul, in Sao Paulo State. However, authorities suspect that other similar incidents may have taken place in various parts of the country.

Maciel's distinctive colored beard and hair identify him easily. He dyed the beard upon reaching 50,000 subscribers, and the hair upon reaching 100,000.
