Robby Starbuck revealed that Harley-Davidson continues to have pro-DEI leadership despite the company's previous commitments to scale back such initiatives.
Anti-DEI activist Robby Starbuck has released a new video alleging that Harley-Davidson has continued to engage in pro-DEI policies under pro-DEI leadership despite previous commitments from the company to scale back such initiatives.
In a post, Starbuck said that an earlier investigation into the company’s woke initiatives led to a “huge stock collapse,” and that his latest review of hiring and leadership decisions suggests the company continues to be influenced by far-left ideological priorities. In 2024, the company pledged to end its progressive initiatives. But Harley-Davidson’s new CEO has a history of DEI and woke policies in his previous roles at Topgolf and Pizza Hut.
“This included Pizza Hut funding a program during his tenure, that he signed onto, where they taught teachers to indoctrinate students with racist garbage about so-called White Privilege,” Starbuck revealed. “The document I lay out in this video shows how this program, which again… he signed onto, directed teachers to put transgender books in their classroom libraries and have discussions about preferred pronouns and ‘microaggressions’ with kids in their class. It only gets worse from there.”
Starbuck also critizied the company’s chief brand officer, Marcus Fischer, who lists his pronouns, a sign of allegiance to transgender ideology.
“Let’s just say he’s not exactly a typical Harley rider,” Starbuck said. “He came from a marketing agency that pushed DEI in marketing. He was the CEO there! Pushing DEI and wokeness is literally one of the big things they did at his company. AND YOU HIRE HIM AFTER HARLEY GETS TORN TO SHREDS FOR WOKENESS? It’s either incompetence or total contempt for your customer base at this point.”
Starbuck called on Harley-Davidson riders to “leave and go to another brand,” saying the brand has not prioritized restoring its “masculine” and “pro-American” identity.
Harley-Davidson has continued to face backlash as of late. Recently, UFC fighter Sean Strickland, who is known for riding motorcycles, took to social media to explain his decision to stop riding Harleys.
“Officially made the switch to Indian Motorcycle,” Strickland wrote. “What does Indian stand for? No f*cking clue, the way it should be. Everytime I got on my Harley I was indirectly supporting radical [ideology] that actually pushing radical [ideology] on children. There is no going back from that.”
