“Comedian” Rosie O’Donnell recently joined a TikTok livestream hosted by Michael Cohen where she gave him a “pep talk” and offered support amid his involvement in Trump’s legal battles

O'Donnell encouraged Cohen by advising him “to not listen to all of this negative MAGA Sh*t” coming at him. O’Donnell also applauded the lawyer for making “a full turnaround in terms of telling the truth.”

Cohen, Donald Trump's former attorney, has been hosting nightly live streams on TikTok for about an hour in order to build a supportive community and “to really vent” due to his trouble sleeping, according to CNN

“Trumpism is fascism, and we must eradicate it from our body politic,” Cohen declared in one of his streams. In one video, he was seen wearing a shirt depicting Trump in jail.

Cohen has also mentioned on TikTok that he might consider running for office in the future.

Initially, much of his content centered on criticizing Trump. However, Cohen has dialed back his comments about the former president as much of his words have been used against him in court.

In the trial’s cross-examination, Cohen was put under scrutiny about his comments on TikTok where he called Trump a “dictator douchebag.”

Despite his ongoing comments about the case and Trump, Judge Merchan has not issued a gag order against Cohen. This is in contrast to Trump, who has been given a gag order for publicly discussing the case. However, the judge did direct prosecutors to instruct Cohen to stop making public comments about the case and Trump.

Trump has previously complained about the double standard of having a gag order while Cohen is free to publicly speak on the case.

“There is no gag order for Michael Cohen. What the judge did was amazing, actually. Everybody can say whatever they want, but I’m not allowed to say anything about anybody. It’s a disgrace,” Trump said to reporters outside the courtroom last week.
