A plastic surgeon in Seattle has announced that after Donald Trump won the presidential election, he would do all his "TRANS surgeries before Trump tries to stop" him. In a video posted to social media, Dr. Javad Sajan can be seen scrubbing up for surgeries as a caption says, “Doing all my trans surgeries before Trump tries to stop me," reads the caption.

His website features a section on transgender procedures and when Libs of TikTok reached out, the clinic confirmed that they do procedures for minors. Trans person and patient of Sajan Tyler Burke spoke with Sajan about his performing Burke's double mastectomy as a teen on an episode of Plastic Surgeon Podcast.

Instragram users posted their response to the video saying that if he doesn't do saex changes for minors, he has nothing to worry about. The photos on Sajan's Instagram do not appear to show minors.

President-elect Donald Trump pledged to ban transgender surgeries for minors in all 50 states in speeches leading up to the election. Trump said, "God created only two genders, male and female.” Trump added, “Parents and families are worried about what’s happening to their children, and so am I,” noting that his administration would take a firm stance on “dangerous” medical interventions.

Libs of TikTok also reported that Sajan “was forced to pay $5 million for illegally manipulating customer ratings with unlawful non-disclosure agreements. He was forced to pay restitution to 21,000 Washington residents for attempting to lie about his own reputation.”

According to KIRO 7, Sajan's company Allure Esthetic was required to pay $1.5 million in restitution to approximately 21,000 people. The remainder of the money, approximately $3.5 million, was sent to Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson’s office for attorney fees, litigation costs, monitoring and enforcing of the consent decree that was slapped on the company.

Allure artificially inflated its ratings on Google and Yelp by posting fake positive reviews and suppressing real negative ones. The company also rigged “best doctor” competitions and kept tens of thousands of dollars in rebates intended for patients. Allure also altered before-and-after procedure pictures as well, per the suit.

According to the lawsuit, Allure threatened to sue and did sue some patients if they didn't remove negative reviews, in some cases offering patients cash and free services or products in exchange for removing negative reviews. Sajan “personally authorized” the amount of money or value of services offered to patients who posted negative comments and ordered employees to create fake email accounts to pose as patients and post positive reviews.
