Trump posted to Truth Social, "Yesterday’s horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED in the United States of America. He came in through Biden’s ridiculous Open Border Policy, which has hurt our Country so badly. He must go out under 'TRUMP' Policy. Acts of Terrorism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law."
"This is yet another example of why we must keep our Borders SECURE, and deport Illegal, Anti-American Radicals from our Homeland. My heart goes out to the victims of this terrible tragedy, and the Great People of Boulder, Colorado!" Trump added.
On Sunday, Mohamed Soliman, 45, an Egyptian foreign national who came to the US, overstaying a tourist visa and then obtaining work authorization from the Biden administration, was seen on camera with Molotov cocktails in hand as there were burn victims around him while he yelled "Free Palestine" and other anti-Israel slogans. Court documents said that he admitted in an interview to wanting to kill all "Zionists" as well as that he had planned the attack for a year.
Authorities also found that Soliman had another container with 14 more Molotov cocktails. In his car, investigators found paperwork that contained the words "Israel," "USAID," as well as "Palestine." 8 people were injured in the attack, with one in critical condition. Their ages ranged from 52 to 88 years old.
The victims had been participating in a regular event to recognize the suffering of the Israeli hostages who were taken by and are still being held by the Hamas terrorist group on October 7, 2023.
