President Donald Trump has demanded for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden to take a drug test before or after the scheduled debate on upcoming Tuesday night.
“I will be strongly demanding a Drug Test of Sleepy Joe Biden prior to, or after, the Debate on Tuesday night. Naturally, I will agree to take one also. His Debate performances have been record setting UNEVEN, to put it mildly. Only drugs could have caused this discrepancy???” President Trump tweeted.

The tweet comes after much speculation that Biden, the 77-year-old former vice president, of suffering from some form of cognitive decline after having one too many “senior moments”
“The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 38% of Likely U.S. Voters think Biden is suffering from some form of dementia. Based on what they have seen and read, 48% disagree, but 14% are not sure,” according to Rasmussen.
“Twenty percent (20%) of voters in his own party think Biden has dementia. But that compares to 66% of Republicans and 30% of voters not affiliated with either major party.”
It is not the first time President Donald Trump has challenged Biden to take a drug test before the upcoming debate.
"I don't know how he [Mr Biden] could have been so incompetent in his debate performances and then all of a sudden be OK against Bernie," he said to the Washington Examiner.
He added: "It wasn't that he was Winston Churchill because he wasn't, but it was a normal, boring debate.You know, nothing amazing happened. And we are going to call for a drug test because there's no way - you can't do that."
