Trump warns Biden to ‘be very careful’ as his politicized indictments have ‘opened up a Pandora’s box’

"He’s opened up a Pandora’s box that will never let our country be the same."

At a New York Young Republican Club gala on Friday, former President Donald Trump warned President Joe Biden that he "opened up Pandora's box" when he indicted him.

In the speech, Trump said, "For four straight years, our opponents have been waging an all-out war on American Democracy." He continued, "They rigged and stole the election of 2020, and since Biden has gotten in he is weaponizing government against his political opponents like a raging third-world tyrant."

"He’s opened up a Pandora’s box that will never let our country be the same," the former president added. "I can only say to Joe, Be very careful what you wish for, but you have done, is a terrible thing."

"I am being indicted for you," Trump told the crowd. "These are not indictments in the traditional sense. These are Biden indictments against their political opponent."

The former president referenced mob boss Al Capone when discussing his indictments. He referred to Capone as a "nasty guy," that would kill you just for smiling at him wrong.

"He was indicted one time," Trump pointed out. "I was indicted four times."

"I am the first guy who ever got indicted whose poll numbers went up," he noted.

Trump claimed that he was going to "take New York" during the speech. He said he believes there is a chance due to the "hundreds of thousands of people living on the sidewalks and streets and illegal aliens invading our city and state like nobody thought possible.”

Recently, one poll showed former President Trump leading President Biden in every swing state. The poll had Trump up by 7 percent in Pennsylvania and Arizona, up by 10 percent in Georgia and Florida, up 9 percent in North Carolina, and up 1 percent in Michigan.

Overwhelmingly, the voters said the economy was the most important issue, and those in swing states believed Trump was the better candidate to get the economy back on track.
