Surveillance footage from nearby, first reported by CNN, shows Good's vehicle positioned perpendicular in the roadway moments before the shooting. At one point, a person is seen leaving her vehicle from the passenger side and she remains in the road until federal law enforcement arrives.
Cellphone video released on social media by Alpha News revealed the moments before the fatal shooting, which showed Good sitting in her SUV as ICE officers approached her vehicle. The recording shows the agent walking around the front and passenger side of the SUV while Good speaks to him. She is heard saying, “That’s fine, dude, I’m not mad at you,” as her wife appears to taunt the agent by telling him to reveal his face.
“You want to come at us? I saw go get yourself some lunch big boy,” her wife, Rebecca Good, is heard saying.
The video also shows Good’s wife at the time urging Good to start driving, shouting “Drive, baby, drive, drive” the moment before the shooting took place. As additional officers approached and directed Good to exit the vehicle, the SUV began to move forward toward one agent. Shots are then fired, and the vehicle can be seen later crashing on the street.
Federal officials, including Vice President JD Vance, have defended the agent’s actions and said the video shows the officer’s life was endangered. On Thursday, the vice president addressed the shooting, saying he felt “very, very sad” for Good but said that it was a “tragedy of her own making.”
"I can believe that her death is a tragedy, while also recognizing that it’s a tragedy of her own making and a tragedy of the far left who has marshaled an entire movement—a lunatic fringe—against our law enforcement officers,” Vance said.

The videos also showed another vehicle going around her, so clearly she had not blocked the street. Even if she had blocked it, it's not grounds for her execution. The videos clearly show him walking directly in front of her vehicle, putting himself in danger, as she turns sharply to avoid him. It's murder. He should be tried for murder.
