Mikhaila Peterson has released a video following the recent Sunday Times hit piece on her father Dr. Jordan B. Peterson. The piece falsely claimed that Dr. Peterson had Schizophrenia and painted Mikhaila in a highly negative and deceptive light. Dr. Peterson himself released a blog post in reaction to the piece. Now his daughter Mikhaila, has released the following video on her YouTube channel.

“Dad does not and has never had Schizophrenia,” said Mikhaila Peterson. She continued to address the questions many people have, such as why do the interview in the first place. “Clearly it was a mistake,” she said, elaborating that Dr. Peterson’s publisher suggested the interview after the Times had been reaching out for six months. Mikhaila echoes her father’s blog post where he reveals internal emails from the Times. These emails are deceptively kind.

“I wasn’t supposed to be part of the article, I was supposed to just give details,” said Mikhaila. She elaborated that she was part of the interview due to the fact that Dr. Peterson was under a traumatic state of mind. “Every time I read it, I cried,” said Mikhaila in relation to reading the finished hit piece. She continued to outline every lie and deception throughout the piece.

Mikhaila also points out various other outlets that reported on the story, based off the Times piece. One such outlet is the New York Post, which has since amended their article and addressed the falsehood propagated by the Times.

It remains to be seen whether the Times will consider retracting or correcting the article. Mikhaila Peterson also makes note The Post Millennial was one of the few outlets to report this story accurately.
