Warley Neto, a 24-year-old illegal immigrant, is facing an indictment over accusations that he committed serial child rapes at the East Coast’s tony Martha’s Vineyard - where America’s liberal elites, like former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, love to live and play.

Neto, who is from Brazil and has been the US illegally since 2018, is charged with five counts of raping a child and five counts of enticing a child who is under 16 years old. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) paid a visit to the vineyard to arrest Neto on Aug. 23, the Daily Mail reported.

Neto was no stranger to the process, having been arrested in Edgartown in 2023 and charged with strangulation, assault and battery, and threatening to commit a crime. He was convicted and sent to jail for one year last April. In May 2023, he was charged with the rape and enticement counts and he was arraigned.

In June 2023, the Edgartown District Court found Neto guilty and he was sentenced to a year less a day for the crimes of strangulation and assault and battery. That sentence was reduced to 90 days.

Neto is believed to have entered the US near Paso Del Norte, TX in March 2018. Although the US Customs and Border Patrol apprehended Neto and ordered him to appear before a Department of Justice Immigration judge, that judge let him walk three days later and he was not seen again by immigration authorities until August of this year. He has spent the last six years evading both ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations and a full legal accounting for his actions.

"Warley Neto allegedly repeatedly assaulted a Massachusetts child and represents a significant threat to the safety of our neighborhood," ERO Boston Field Officer Director Todd Lyons stated in a news release.

Lyons further stated that "too often local jurisdictions refuse to honor immigration detainers and release dangerous offenders back into the community to reoffend. ERO Boston will continue to apprehend and remove the most egregious noncitizen offenders from New England." Neto is expected to have his first appearance at a pretrial hearing in superior court on Oct. 24.

Illegal immigrants populate shelters in NYC that range from former city government facilities to fine hotels. Marriott International is suing one of its NYC properties that is now used as a migrant shelter. Since the Biden-Harris border crisis began immediately following President Joe Biden’s inauguration, NYC, like many large urban centers in the US, has provided illegal immigrants with a variety of taxpayer-provided largesse. NYC is supplying free airline tickets to illegal immigrants to fly anywhere in the US. The city turned a high school over to illegal immigrants and has offered prepaid debit cards as well.
