Bell will be shedding their all-sports radio three major Canadian markets.

According to the company, TSN 1040 AM in Vancouver, TSN 1290 AM in Winnipeg, and TSN 1150 AM in Hamilton will no longer be all-sports stations.

New formats for Vancouver and Winnipeg's stations have not yet been revealed, while Hamilton's will become a BNN Bloomberg station.

Vancouver's TSN morning show was cut during a commercial break, practically mid-broadcast, where it was then announced that the station would be "reprogrammed" this coming Friday. The announcement was then followed by Green Day's "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)."

Radio stations will remain all-sports in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Edmonton, reports The Canadian Press.

Bell, who received millions in Trudeau Liberal COVID-aid funds, announced layoffs across their platforms last week.
