The Biden administration's Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), which oversees the national intelligence community, including the activities of the FBI and CIA, celebrated Pride Month with trans flag fingernail designs.

According to a memo obtained by the Daily Wire, the DNI office was slated to have personnel get free fingernail paint designs such as the trans flag and do crafts such as crocheting pride flags.

“For nail painting, we’ll have our pro team of FVEY artistes ready to decorate you ready for Pride Month, with the option of celebrating pride or trans flag colors,” a document read, also encouraging employees to get their nails done. “If you don’t normally paint your nails, or have never done so, all the better! We’ll do everything for you, and you might just love it. What better way to show your allyship to the community?”

There was an elaborate range of different Pride Month Celebrations as well, including crocheting pride flags. Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), who sits on the House Select Committee on Intelligence and is a combat veteran, confirmed the document's authenticity. He told the outlet, “It just shows where this administration’s priorities continue to be, which is a virtue signal to the progressive Left, rather than staying focused on lethality, effective intelligence collection, and keeping America safe."

“It’s just a total misplacement of priorities, and it comes from the top, and it comes from highly politicized political appointees, by political appointees that are pushing an agenda," Waltz added.

The nails and the pride flag crocheting were organized in coordination with the Pride Employee Resource Group as well as the “FVEY Liaison Offices," referring to the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance. This alliance includes the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. DNI director Avril Haines, previously the Deputy Director CIA, did not appear to respond to the report as of Monday morning.
