In an update after withdrawing the invite, Blue Lives Matter said they have instead invited Coffey Anderson to fill his slot.
After being invited to the event, officials with the organization Blue Lives Matter have withdrawn the invitation. The musician has also been replaced by country singer Coffey Anderson.
In a post on September 4, the week after Jelly Roll appeared on Kimmel's show, Blue Lives Matter posted to X, "We're DONE. You're FIRED. On April 26, 2026, we made the mistake of sending a formal invitation to country artist Jelly Roll to perform at this year's Second Annual Big Blue Bash at Mar-A-Lago, the home of President Trump. The event is a fundraiser for the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that takes care of the families of wounded and fallen officers."
"Our organization, which owns the largest police news outlet in the world, is running the event. We'll be joined by the heads of all of the federal law enforcement agencies, sheriffs, police chiefs and supporters. This year's theme is American Superheroes, and we'll be joined by superheroes such as Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), Dean Cain (Superman) and Kevin Sorbo (Hercules). We're formally withdrawing the invitation for Jelly Roll," the statement added.

"We've selected a TRUE PATRIOT to honor those who serve... to pay tribute to the families of wounded and fallen officers... and to recognize Angel Families. We're honored to announce that @CoffeyAnderson will be joining as our live entertainment... following in the path of last year's artist, @Aaronlewismusic."
"Coffey won't just be performing 'Mr. Red White And Blue' and 'America is My Hometown'. He'll close out the annual gala with WORSHIP MUSIC honoring God," Blue Lives Matter added.
In a statement to The Post Millennial, Blue Lives Matter owner Kyle Reyes said, “We honor and glorify God in everything we do – period. In our gala, we open and close in prayer. The Gospel is weaved into every aspect of the event. The last thing we’re going to do is invite a wolf in sheep’s clothing who is willing to sell his own soul for the approval of man.”
He added, "We don’t hold Jelly Roll’s hate against him – but we sure aren’t going to welcome him into the home of the very man he decided to attack. We also aren’t going to allow a God-honoring event where we pay tribute to the families of fallen officers and pray over their families to be tarnished by a man who has lost his way."
In addition to the announcement that Coffey would be replacing Jelly Roll, Reyes said that the event will also feature a speech from the father of Austin Metcalf on "forgiveness and grace."
During Jelly Roll's performance on Kimmel, he said that Trump was "full of sh*t" regarding his trade war with Canada, and called the policy battle "ridiculous." At one point, he also called the president a "fat pig."
