Ten people, including a police officer, are dead following a mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado.

The Boulder Police Department urged people to stay away from a King Soopers on Table Mesa Dr. at 4:49pm yesterday as reports of an active shooting were underway.

According to local FOX 31 Denver, police first received a report of man shot in a car in the area. Police officers who arrived on scene were reportedly shot at by an unknown suspect.

ZFG Videography livestreamed the events as they unfolded from the parking lot.
We can now confirm the man being led away by police in handcuffs was the suspect.

Police did not reveal the suspects name or any details about the shooting at their evening news conference.
