The Department of Justice (DOJ) is reportedly seeking indictments against several people within former President Donald Trump’s camp as well as the 2024 GOP frontrunner.

It is also possible additional charges will be brought against the former president, including seditious conspiracy concerning the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

The Independent reported that the DOJ is making preparations to bring a “superseding indictment” against Trump, meaning that there will be additional indictments brought against an already-indicted defendant.

The development could lead to more serious charges of crimes.

Jack Posobiec mentioned that the details of the charges were leaked from the DOJ, alluding to potential charges having to do with January 6.

It is suggested that 30 to 45 new charges could be brought against the former president.
