The mother then appears to laugh at the incident and then tried to take a selfie with the president after the nibbling took place. As she did, Biden started to approach the girl again with his mouth and she turned her head away.
The incident occurred as Biden was greeting families before boarding Air Force One at the Helsinki-Vantaan International Airport.
