Reports have emerged that social media influencer Perez Hilton, celebrity streamer and blogger, streamed himself fully nude, with a butcher knife, covered in what appeared to be his own blood, on TikTok live. Additional reports claim that police scanners in Miami reveal that officers have been dispatched to Hilton's home. He has three children, ranging in age from 9 to 13.

Journalist Katy Forrester shared a statement from the Miami Dade Sheriff's Office on the situation, saying that "Deputies quickly located the individual's residence, where they spoke with family members on the scene, and confirmed he was alone inside." They went on to say that "deputies have tactically disengaged while continuing to monitor the situation."

"In many incidents involving a person experiencing a mental health crisis or actively harming themselves, deputies prioritize de-escalation by creating time, distance, and opportunities for communication. Unless there is an immediate threat to others, slowing the situation and utilizing crisis intervention techniques can reduce the likelihood of a suicide-by-cop encounter and minimize the risk of injury to the individual, deputies, and the public," the office said.

An update was shared by Zach Peter, who said Hilton appears to have been home alone and that his three children were not at home while he was livestreaming this disturbing episode.

"Perez Hilton’s entire d*ck was out on TikTok live," Peter had said earlier. "He appeared to be harming himself, covered in blood. I don’t think that was fake! Guys cmon. If it were, that’s not someone in a healthy mental state Police scanner says authorities are at his residence & he’s barricaded inside."

Peter posted a video describing what he saw in the video, saying that he does not believe people should subject themselves to watching it themselves. The stream, he said, was up for about 30 minutes before it was taken down.

Hilton, 48, moved back to Miami in June. "Hello 305!" He posted upon his return to the Florida city. He told viewers that "the holy spirit made these words come out of my mouth: 'Let's move to Miami,'" he said. He also indicated that he wanted to raise his three children, who he obtained through surrogacy, in his home down.

In March, Perez revealed that he'd had health trouble and spent 21 days in the hospital for sepsis following the flu and a perforated stomach ulcer. "Nearly dying this year twice... you never think it's going to happen. It was just so hard. Thank you God for giuding me back to Florida where my family needs to be."

"I can confirm Perez Hilton kids are okay," The Quartering shared. "Situation still developing, working on a video update."

Many accounts online refused to post the video of Hilton covered in blood due to self-harm, saying that it was too graphic to share. "I just watched the TikTok livestream of Perez hilton full of cuts, trying to slice himself. It's beyond disturbing and I cannot unsee it."

Others questioned whether the video was fake or if the stream was a stunt. It was just a month ago, after the Miami move, when Hilton posted a video saying he was overwhelmed with the move and that he was reading his bible and attending church.

This is a developing story.
