In a startling revelation, US Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio has revealed a concerted effort involving the federal government, purported disinformation "experts" from academic institutions, Big Tech companies, and other parties collaborating through the Election Integrity Partnership to monitor and suppress American citizens' freedom of speech during the pivotal 2020 election.

The House report is entitled "THE WEAPONIZATION OF 'DISINFORMATION' PSUEDO-EXPERTS AND BUREAUCRATS: HOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PARTNERED WITH UNIVERSITIES TO CENSOR AMERICANS’ POLITICAL SPEECH"

Jordan presented the findings of the report in an X thread under the header "BOMBSHELL REPORT ON THE CENSORSHIP-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX." Jordan noted that those who were censored and suppressed were "Americans of all political stripes, but especially conservatives."

One of the key targets of this alleged monitoring and censorship campaign, according to a comprehensive report summary from the House Judiciary Committee and its Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, both chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan, is Human Events host and Senior Editor Jack Posobiec.

The report reveals that alongside Posobiec, former Speaker Newt Gingrich, President Donald Trump, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Sen. Thom Tillis, conservative commentators Candace Owens, Charlie Kirk, Michelle Malkin, and Mollie Hemingway, Rep. Thomas Massie, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and "an untold number of everyday Americans of all political affiliations" were targeted.

The report, released on Monday, has brought to light the intricate workings of this initiative. It exposes how various government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and the Global Engagement Center (GEC) within the State Department, joined forces with academic institutions such as Stanford University, as well as other entities, to establish the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP).

The primary purpose of this partnership was purportedly to curtail the freedom of speech of American citizens in the run-up to the 2020 election. The goal of these elite "disinfo" monitors was to prevent information they believed was harmful, "including true information, jokes, and opinions" from being public on social media.

The EIP was launched in 2020 and the new House report reveals that its aim was "to launder its censorship activities in hopes of bypassing the First Amendment and public scrutiny."

Jordan broke it down thusly in a post on X:

"Here’s how it worked: -EIP 'stakeholders' (including the federal gov’t) would submit misinformation reports -EIP would 'analyze' the report and find similar content across platforms -EIP would submit the report to Big Tech, often with a recommendation on how to censor"

Jordan chairs the Weaponization of Government subcommittee and has been digging into the extensive censorship apparatus of the Biden campaign, its ensuing administration, and progressive groups seeking to silence Americans with whom they disagree. This has been well-documented not only by the committee but in the Twitter files.
