“It’s time for Joe Biden to step down."
Long-time Democrat supporter and Hollywood figure Rob Reiner made a surprising announcement on Sunday when he publicly called on President Joe Biden to step down as the Democratic nominee for the upcoming presidential election.
Reiner made these comments in a post on X, where he urged the Democratic Party to “stop f*ing around.”
“If the Convicted Felon wins, we lose our Democracy." Reiner posted. "Joe Biden has effectively served US with honor, decency, and dignity."
"It’s time for Joe Biden to step down,” he concluded.
Reiner, a longtime actor and director, has been a steadfast defender of Biden and a vocal critic of former President Donald Trump on social media for years. In the past, Reiner has been one of Biden’s biggest Hollywood supporters, even referring to him as the best president since Lyndon B. Johnson.
