BREAKING: Serbia's President tells Tucker that the NATO-led war against Russia has 'crushed the European economy'

NATO bombed Serbia less than 25 years ago.

Tucker Carlson has managed to capture the public’s attention once again, as he has continually managed to do ever since his ousting from his former employer, Fox News. This time, Carlson traveled to the Serbian Embassy in Budapest, Hungary to meet up with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, who reportedly lamented that the NATO-led war against Russia has “crushed the European economy.”

Carlson noted at the very beginning of his posted video that Serbia has “the distinction of being one of the countries in the region that's been bombed by NATO,” and that it occurred as recently as 1999; less than a quarter century in the past.

He opined that given this historical reality, Vučić has “an interesting perspective on what's happening in Ukraine, the NATO war against Russia.”

“One of the points he made is that the war in Ukraine, the war against Russia led by NATO, has crushed the European economy,” Carlson explained. “The destruction of Nordstream by the Biden administration ... is killing the German economy … the largest economy in Europe by far … and so the downstream effects of that, one NATO country effectively attacking another NATO country are felt throughout Europe.”

“And that's crazy. That's completely crazy,” he continued. “This war is hurting everybody. Possibly with the exception of long term, Russia and empowering everybody outside of the Gulf States, China, Turkey.”

He then stated that we are seeing “the world reset” as a consequence of this war and that the situation is more complex than a matter of “Hitler vs. Churchill,” “good vs. bad” or “democracy.”

“It’s really about a massive shift in power away from the United States and the West to the East,” Carlson proclaimed in conclusion. “And it’s all happening right now, but very few people in our country seem aware of it.”

Carlson proved to be quite popular during his trip. While being introduced by Vučić to various ministers who had expressed a desire to meet him, one remarked, “My oldest son is your biggest fan, sir.” He said his son is 17 years old.

Carlson paid the Serbian President heavy compliments after their meeting. In Carlson’s own words, Vučić is “smart, and aware and has a perspective that you don’t get in the United States very often,” just as was advertised.
