"He's guilty of treason. Under no circumstances should Joe Biden have a state funeral."
On WarRoom Live, Bannon said that Biden is "illegitimate" as a president, and that "he was never president" after 2020.
"He helped coordinate with the people of his illegitimate regime an invasion of the United States of America of 20 million people that were every day fighting about. It's torn the country apart. It's going to tear the country more apart when we start forcing the mass deportations. The fun stuff hasn't happened yet, folks. That's on Joe Biden's watch. Joe Biden did that as an illegitimate president of the United States. He's guilty of treason. Under no circumstances should Joe Biden have a state funeral."
Bannon said, "He's illegitimate. They stole the 2020 election. He is not and never was a president of the United States. How do I know that? Look at look at the row of the presidents in the White House. No photo of him. It's an auto pen. I know that's a little bit tongue in cheek, but the reality is there's no picture of him among the honored dead of our presidents."
Bannon said that Nixon was not buried in a similar fashion to other presidents who had laid in state beforehand and made the point that Biden should follow suit. Nixon's funeral on April 27, 1994 did have an official state funeral, but at his own request, many of the grander ceremonial traditions associated with a state funeral were not conducted.
Bannon said that the country has to "be consistent" and prohibit him from having a state funeral. Additionally, he said that the Trump administration should "rev up the prosecutions" against the officials that Biden pardoned.
"All those pardons are illegitimate, and this is why we should rev up the prosecutions," Bannon added in his comments.
