'Come get some': Tom Homan tells off terrorist cartels who want to 'take him out'

Border Czar Tom Homan told off the cartels, now designated as terrorists by the Trump administration, after he talked about how the criminal organizations have wanted to take him out after he said the administration was going to wipe them "off the face of the earth."

Homan recounted that at the RNC, he said, "President Trump is going to designate the criminal cartels of Mexico as a terrorist organization. He's going to wipe you off the face of the earth."

"After I said that, of course, I got numerous death threats. They've double-sized my security detail because all the cartels want to take Homan out. I tell you what. Come get some," Homan added.

Addressing the cartels directly, Homan added, "You have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world combined. You are now a terrorist organization." With an executive order that President Donald Trump signed as he came into office, he designated the cartels and other gangs as terrorist organizations, meaning that the US will be able to target them in other foreign nations. 

"So word out to anybody that assists them, anybody sells your drugs down the street, anybody [that] assist[s] these cartels in any way you are helping a terrorist organization and the weight of the world coming down on you," Homan added. 

Multiple times in the speech, Homan said that Trump is the greatest president of his lifetime, pointing to Trump's accomplishments on border security. He also slammed former President Joe Biden for being the "first president [in the] history of the nation, who came into office and unsecured the border on purpose." 

The number of illegal crossings at the border has dropped nearly 95 percent since one year ago when Biden was in the Oval Office, and Homan has promised to implement Trump's promised mass deportation effort, starting with those who are a threat to public safety.
