President Biden is going to have a difficult time escaping his administration's illegal immigration failures while delivering the annual State of the Union address on Thursday.

A conservative nonprofit called Building America's Future announced that they had purchased $700,000 worth of TV advertisements that will hammer the Biden administration on illegal immigration, which is the top issue among voters heading into the November election.

The advertisements will be aired nationally and in key battleground states that will likely decide the outcome of the 2024 US Presidential Election. The states include Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Television screens will be flooded with an advertisement created by Building America's Future called "Run," which will blame President Biden and his refusal to act on illegal immigration for the murder of 22-year-old Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student who was allegedly murdered last month by Venezuelan illegal immigrant, Jose Ibarra.

"Laken Riley should have been able to go on a run in broad daylight, without being murdered by an illegal immigrant. But Joe Biden promised not to deport illegal immigrants," the ad states.

The ad highlights that Biden has "vowed not to detain illegal immigrants who cross the border."

"No one. No one would be put in jail while waiting for their hearing," Biden states in the ad, showing a debate from the 2020 democrat primary.

"So when Jose Ibarra crossed into America illegally. He was not deported, he was not put in jail. Biden also supported sanctuary cities," the ad states.

"How many more killers has Biden set free?"

A second ad titled "Health Care for Illegal Immigrants" focuses on the use of the Federal Public Health Service Act 340B drug discount program to provide health care to illegal immigrants, coming after the Virginia state legislature passed a bill to strengthen the program in the state.

The border is broken. Millions illegally pouring into our country. But it's not just the border. Your tax dollars are at work for illegal immigrants," the ad states.

"The more we look, the more we find our police are under assault, free credit cards for illegals and free health care. They're using a program currently under investigation called 340b to launder your money and provide free healthcare for illegal immigrants. The more we look the more we find, we need Republicans to stand up for us."

A recent survey from the Tyson Group shows that immigration is a top concern among Republican voters.

Data shows that 81 percent of likely GOP primary voters said stopping illegal immigration was a "very important" issue when deciding who to support for President of the United States.

The poll also found that 75 percent of likely GOP primary voters would less likely support a candidate who has supported weak immigration enforcement laws.

Since President Biden took office, more than 7.3 million illegal immigrants have entered the US and that number continues to climb.

Former President Donald J. Trump, who is the presumptive Republican nominee for president following a massive victory on Super Tuesday, has made Biden's failures at the US southern border a key issue for his campaign. Trump has vowed to carry out mass deportations if elected.
