Denver, Colorado has reached a breaking point as over 40,000 illegal immigrants have entered the Democrat sanctuary city.

Shelters have become overrun, and the city has been struggling to keep up with the demand for housing and other resources to deal with the situation that has come as a result of the border crisis.

According to a report from NBC News, the city's population of 710,000 has been unable to handle the influx.

Starting on Feb. 5, shelters will start to limit the number of days that illegal immigrants can stay in shelters and send those who stay overtime to the streets.

Dr. Steven Federico, a pediatrician for Colorado and chief of government and community affairs for Denver Health told the outlet, "I think it’s been an unheeded call so far in terms of who’s going to be responsible for the health care of this population... In the meantime, it falls on safety net hospitals like Denver Health."

Medical institutions in the city have been strapped for staff that can handle the toll the illegal immigrant crisis has taken on the medical system. Local businesses have had illegal immigrants sleeping around their property.

Samantha Menendez, co-owner of "One Shot Back" bar in Denver, said in an interview with Fox that there were "200 plus tents around our business."

"There's people right across the street that couldn't even get to our door, so decline was pretty quick. The first three months, it was fine. After that, it was pretty aggressive for the decline of business," Menendez continued.

Denver Mayor Mike Johnson has predicted that the city will have to use 10 percent of its total budget to help aid illegal immigrants.

Awwww. That's just too bad. Here's an idea: Don't help aid illegal immigrants.
