Republican lawmakers in vital swing states have drafted legislation to remove President Biden from the 2024 Presidential Election ballot, citing political "lawfare" used to undermine GOP presidential frontrunner Donald J. Trump.

Pennsylvania Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R), Georgia Rep. Charlice Byrd (R), and Arizona Rep. Cory Mcgarr (R) are three state lawmakers that will be introducing bills to remove President Biden from the ballot, according to Breitbart News.

The objective of the state representatives is to retaliate against the alleged "lawfare" used by the Democrats to undermine former President Donald Trump. The Colorado Supreme Court rendered a 4-3 decision affirming that the "Insurrection Clause" of the 14th Amendment prohibits the inclusion of Trump on the state’s primary presidential ballot.

The three lawmakers told the outlet: "We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania."

"The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office," the lawmakers continued.

The three state GOP legislators claimed that the "Democrats' insane justification to remove Trump can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his 'insurrection' at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China."

"Colorado radicals just changed the game and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic," they added.

"To be clear, our objective is to showcase the absurdity of Colorado’s decision and allow ALL candidates to be on the ballot in all states. To do that, we must fight back as Republicans against the communists currently running our great country," said the lawmakers.

The Colorado Supreme Court's decision has been lambasted across the aisle, with Republican officials referring to the ruling as a career-defining moment for the Democrat judges.

On Thursday, 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump urged the Supreme Court to overturn the ruling that removed him from the Colorado primary ballot, citing a "dubious interpretation" of the Fourteenth Amendment as the basis for the decision. Oral arguments will be heard on Feb. 8.
