Cecilia Gentili "dedicated herself wholeheartedly to developing our Transgender Health Program," Apicha wrote to pay its respects.
A portion of about $146,000 of the $1.2 trillion spending package is going to Apicha Community Health Center in New York. The health center provides letters for sex change surgeries and the program to do so was developed by an activist whose funeral desecrated a New York cathedral where attendees celebrated whoredom and offered prayers for sex changes.
The earmark, requested by New York Senator Kristen Gilibrand, will offer $146,000 to the Apicha Community Health Center.
Services offered by Apicha include cross-sex hormones for trans-identified patients as well as letters of recommendation for sex change surgery. Apicha also helps with the name change process.
The program itself is heavily associated with and was influenced by Cecilia Genitili, a transgender activist whose funeral proceedings at St. Patrick's Cathedral required the building to be reconsecrated.
In a blog post about the activist's death, the organization wrote, "From 2012 to 2016, Cecilia played a pivotal and dynamic role at Apicha Community Health Center, where she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to developing our Transgender Health Program."
"Under her visionary guidance and tireless advocacy, the program experienced an extraordinary transformation, expanding from serving a mere 27 patients in 2012 to welcoming over 500 individuals in 2016."
"Cecilia was not content with just numerical growth; she fervently believed that transgender people, regardless of their gender identity, should receive comprehensive, gender-affirming care in an environment where their lives and struggles were fully understood and deeply respected," it added. "Our CEO at Apicha CHC fondly remembers learning and mentoring sessions over many lunches and some outreach and educational trips in the community, a testament to the lasting impact of her presence."
The funeral proceedings of Gentili were sacreligious to the point where St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City released a statement condemning the vile funeral.
During the funeral, speakers said things such as, "This whore. This great whore. St. Cecilia, Mother of all Whores!"
