More anti-lockdown protesters arrested in Ontario as police begin crackdown

The St. Thomas Police Service have announced that charges are pending against two organizers of the "Freedom Rally" held on November 14.

Police said evidence has been presented and they have finished consulting the Crown Attorney's office, St. Thomas Today reports.

Approximately two hundred people gathered to protest COVID-19 lockdowns during the event.

Police say that more information will be released regarding the specific charges in the coming days.
