In an interview Monday, economist and author Dr. Peter Navarro outlined his independent findings of fraud in the 2020 Presidential election. Navarro had originally released a report last Thursday detailing the findings.

On Thursday, Navarro was still trying to prove some of his allegations but on Monday he announced during the interview that he had "…the receipts now" to prove that votes were illegally cast in the state. Navarro did not expand on the type of receipts, or produce any receipts that he claimed were proof for his allegations.

Navarro serves in the Trump administration as the Assistant to the President, Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, and the national Defense Production Act policy coordinator. Navarro said he produced the report as a private citizen, not as a US official.

Navarro claimed that 174,384 ballots were cast without proper voter identification and that “another 195,000 or so” were the product of “…inexplicable vote surges.”

In the interview on Steve Bannon’s War Room, Navarro told Bannon "My top line number at this point for…possibly illegal ballots, is 379,000," Navarro said. "That’s more than twice the victory margin." Joe Biden’s lead in Michigan is currently 154,000 votes.

Navarro’s report also claimed that 9,500 ballots were from dead voters who still cast ballots. Citing data from the New York Times, Navarro said that on November 4th, President Trump had taken a substantial lead over Biden. Navarro claimed that at approximately 6:30 AM ET, Biden’s vote total "…skyrocketed by 141,258 votes" within "five seconds".

Dr. Navarro said that within the same time frame, the President only received 5,968 votes. Navarro said that the Biden surge is over thirty times the expected vote count.

At approximately 3:50 AM ET, Navarro claims there was another irregular dump where Biden got over 54,000 votes while Trump garnered only 4,700 votes.

In the interview, Navarro claimed that there was a "coordinated strategy" by the Democrat Party in battleground states of "…bending the law or breaking the law". He added that allegedly employed the strategies of; ballot mishandling, voting machine irregularities, the violation of the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause, and "stuffing ballot boxes".

"These people hate Trump so much … more than they love the country and they were willing to bend and sometimes break the law" Navarro said.

In his report, Navarro wrote that "...this was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states."

In a statement to the Michigan state legislature last week, Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, reiterated her previous statements that She has said previously that there was no outstanding evidence of election fraud in the state. She added that Attorney General William Barr found no evidence of voter fraud in the United States. Barr said on Monday that there is "no basis" for the federal government to seize voting machines or appoint a special prosecutor to examine the Presidential election.
