TMZ has the scoop of the first footage of Diddy following the federal raids on his homes on Monday. Surprisingly, instead of being handcuffed and detained, he was seen casually walking around Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport.

The video, captured around 3 PM PT on Monday, a few hours after the raids commenced at his residences, was taken at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. Eyewitnesses reported that Diddy and some companions were intercepted by federal authorities.

Combs' private jet has been discovered on the Caribbean island of Antigua after authorities conducted searches on his properties in Los Angeles and Miami. The 54-year-old rapper is the owner of a Gulfstream 5 jet registered under his personal LoveAir LLC, which he has been using for several years. TMZ reports that the jet is currently grounded in Antigua.

Per TMZ:

"We're told this shows Diddy pacing around outside a Customs office there at the airport -- and as you can see ... he's not being detained, and he certainly doesn't seem to be in custody here. Instead, Diddy is just walking around all by his lonesome.

"An eyewitness tells us Diddy was waiting on other people in his party here -- who were stopped and questioned by the feds as well during this whole ordeal -- but we haven't been able to confirm who was rolling with him yet.

"All we know is he and his crew got stopped at Opa Locka, where we're told he appeared to be aboard a separate private jet ... and that's when Homeland Security rolled up.

"While it might seem strange that Diddy wasn't cuffed, it actually tracks with what we've heard about his situation thus far -- namely, sources with direct knowledge tell us he is not under arrest at this point. And more importantly, he obviously isn't on the run either."

In a statement earlier today, the Department of Homeland Security said, "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."
