Joe Biden neglected to spend even 15 minutes at the UAW picket line in Michigan on Tuesday' the octogenarian greeted striking auto workers for 12 minutes before promptly jetting off to the San Francisco Bay Area for an elite fundraiser in Atherton, California.
Biden almost stumbled while walking down the stairs of a plane upon arriving for his short UAW strike excursion.

He reportedly walked around the line and gave fist bumps to workers at the site, according to the Daily Mail.
Biden, who received more money in Wall Street donations than any other presidential candidate in 2020, told a group of UAW strikers: "You've heard me say it many times, Wall Street didn't build this country, the middle class built this country ... And you've earned a hell of a lot more than you're getting paid now."
He spoke for a brief period of time before turning the event over to United Auto Workers leader Shawn Fain.
Tickets for Biden's sold-out Bay Area fundraiser started at $5,000, and went as high as $100,000.
"$100,000 dinners are something 99% of Americans have no hope of ever participating in," Cal State East Bay professor and political analyst Nolan Higdon told NBC Bay Area. "The fact that people in the Atherton area can come up with that type of money, it tells you exactly why he’s having a campaign meeting here in the Bay Area."
Higdon also noted that Biden is making this trip "at a time when his campaign is facing some very difficult polls," and that many surveys "show head-to-head matchups with Donald Trump have Biden neck and neck or even behind in some of these polls."
Former President Trump is set to speak to a group of UAW members at a plant in Michigan's Macomb County on Wednesday.
Biden's visit to the UAW picket line marks the first time in modern history that a sitting US President has joined workers on strike, according to the Daily Mail.
