Former Vice President Joe Biden can't tell the difference between Asians and said Americans can't either, in a virtual town hall hosted by the Service Employees International Union yesterday.
The Democratic presidential candidate accused President Donald Trump of wrongfully holding China accountable for the Wuhan virus while Americans are racially ignorant and will cast hate towards any Asian walking their way.
"People don't make a distinction, as you well know, from a South Korean and someone from Beijing," he said while town hall panelists awkwardly nodded in agreement. "They make no distinction. It’s Asian."

View on XBiden pivoted to this liberal talking point after speaking to SEIU member and South Korean immigrant Suk Kim who detailed an isolated "racial" incident at her local Costco.
A "poor white couple" looked at her as if she was "some kind of germ" or "wasn't human," she told Biden. Kim blamed Trump for the alleged racial tensions in her community.
"The way he deals with people based on the color of their skin, their national origin, where they’re from, is absolutely sickening," Biden answered.
"Kung Flu" is one of the comical Trump-coined coronavirus phrases that Democrats deemed racist and held as responsible for stigmatizing Asian Americans.
"The way he pits people against one another is all designed to divide the country, divide people, not pull them together," Biden went on.
"It makes me so angry when I find that people, based on the color of their skin or their national origin, are somehow viewed in a different way," the angry old white man said, before admitting that he believes Americans can't decipher Asian origins.
Biden also claimed that Trump is the first "racist" US president ever elected.
"No sitting president has ever done this. Never, never, never," he continued, wiggling his pointer finger. "No Republican president has done this, no Democratic president. We’ve had racists, and they’ve existed. They’ve tried to get elected president. He’s the first one that has."
Meanwhile, Trump has done more for black lives than Biden's past black running mate, former President Barack Obama.
Trump made strides in criminal justice reform by passing the First Step Act in 2018, which restricts the use of restraints on pregnant women, compassionately releases terminally ill patients, and improves feminine hygiene in prison.
Unemployment rates were at a 50-year low among almost all racial minorities "prior to the China plague coming in, floating in, coming into our country and really doing terrible things all over the world," Trump responded yesterday in a press briefing.
Black unemployment was historically at an all-time low while Trump's economy added over 6.4 million jobs.
"I've done more for Black Americans than anybody, with the possible exception of Abraham Lincoln. Nobody has even been close," Trump fired back.

View on YouTubeTrump’s campaign team released an additional statement, snapping back that "no one should take lectures on racial justice from Joe Biden."
“President Trump loves all people, works hard to empower all Americans, and is supported by more Black voters than any Republican presidential candidate in modern history,” wrote Trump's senior adviser Katrina Pierson.
Pierson also called Biden's comments "an insult to the intelligence of Black voters."
Biden has a long history of stirring up racial division. He befriended segregationists, bragging about working with James Eastland, and delivered a eulogy for Strom Thurmond in 2003. Biden has repeatedly praised George Wallace—who notoriously rallied "Segregation now, segregation forever!"—and even received an award from him.
In 2007, Biden expressed amazement at then Sen. Barack Obama, calling him "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy."

Last year, he told members of the Asian and Latino Coalition that "poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids."
Recently, Biden said in an interview with Charlamagne tha God that "you ain’t black" if you are black, and vote for Trump.
"Well I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black," he told the black host.
Perhaps Biden is as racially blind as he is ignorant.
