On Wednesday, President Joe Biden delivered a press conference in front of the White House while welcoming the Prime Minister of Japan in which he read answers from a script after calling on a list of specific reporters.
The president has been lambasted for doing this in the past, and the Republican Party has used his scripted press conferences as leverage in the November presidential election, claiming that his cognitive health is deteriorating due to his alleged inability to answer questions on his own without assistance.
The script was reportedly captured in the reflection of his sunglasses.

Looking seemingly confused after answering a question, Biden mumbled to himself and said: "Who do I call on next? Hang on a second. I got my list here."

Biden once again had a gaffe during this press brief and referred to himself as the "20th-century" candidate. However, he corrected his statement and said the "21st-century."
