BOMBSHELL: Arizona election expert says many more Republican ballots yet to be counted

Swodoba said that around 350,000 ballots cast by those who voted in the August primaries have yet to have their ballots counted, and that these include "four out of four voters."

"So, Maricopa County gave us a readout this morning via our legal observers, that the 292,000 Election Day drop-offs have completed signature verification, but have not yet begun to go to adjudication. So that’s group one," she explained.

"Then you have the 12,000 of the 17,000 that were in door three that have started to be tabulated today. So that gets you to 300,000.

"Then the next group of ballots that we have, where there’s a discrepancy as to whether or not they’ve completed tabulated, is the 30 to 40 some-odd thousand that were cast under what we call an emergency provision those that were the defacto extension of early, these people voted on Saturday or Monday."

"So the part of the issue is that Maricopa County is doing a lot of communicating, but they're not communicating clearly about where these ballots are in these buckets of the process. So we have two observers in there that are both lawyers in one part of the facility, and they're getting different answers when you're asking this question. We want to believe that it's possible that this whole 50,000 batch hasn't even begun, and that's gonna take us up to about 345," she added.

She said that they know these are "four out of four voters," or voters that select Republican candidates down the ballot, through voter data.

"It’s the estimate of the people that we think that were in there on that day. It’s the result of EV 33 report that’s issued by Maricopa County that tells us who are the people that we have a record that their ballot came back."

Swodoba said that these people are generally the "high propensity voters" that either voted on Election Day or dropped their ballots off that day.

She also said that there was a likely chance that there are more than 17,000 ballots from door three that need to be counted, despite reports from county officials that this was the number of ballots that needed to be counted from this option.

Swodoba said that at the end of the night, pill workers pull the ballots out and bag them for counting, but "when they pull them out, they pulled out the separator that keeps the tabulated ballots on one side, and the door three ballots on the other side.

So, if those got commingled together, and it’s our understanding that they got commingled together in more than two vote center locations, that would mean that we have ballots that didn’t get counted when they said how many went to door 3, and later began the process of sending them to tabulation.

As of Friday afternoon, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs has received 1,031,985 votes, or 50.7 percent, to GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s 1,005,075 votes, or 49.3 percent according to Politico.
