Dr. Robert Malone, a collaborator on the creation of mRNA vaccines, and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough were reinstated to Twitter on Monday night.
Malone posted to the platform, “I'm back... Welcome to Fifth Gen (Information) Warfare The battleground is consensus of the swarm and your own mind,” and included a link to his Substack.

View on XMalone was banned from the platform in January and told Joe Rogan the following day, that after he and his wife "racked their brains" on why his account had been banned, he believed it came down to two posts.
Malone told Rogan, "The last two that I can think of that went out was one that was on our Substack, in which we referred to a fantastic video that has been put out by the Canadian COVID Care Alliance group that summarizes all the malfeasance and data manipulation, misinterpretations associated with the Pfizer vaccines and their clinical trials. It's a super video, and of course, that's — I guess that is interpreted as something that would cause people to become vaccine hesitant. That's the sin in general is saying things that cause people to become vaccine hesitant."
He added, "The other thing that I put out immediately before that was a post, a link to a website for the World Economic Forum that lays out their entire strategy for how they manage media, how they're managing COVID-19, and all of their core messaging. It's a fascinating website with links. Those are the only two things I can think of that would meet the criteria."
At the time Malone told The Epoch Times that Twitter has provided notices about his posts, but no action had been taken against him, and no warning was given before his account was banned.
In a screenshot provided to the outlet by Malone, Twitter's message on why his account was banned stated: “Specifically, for: Violating our policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19. You may not use Twitter's services to share false or misleading information about COVID-19 which may lead to harm."
Jack Posobiec announced McCullough's return on Twitter.

View on XMcCullough, a practicing physician who treats Covid patients, whose podcast episode with Joe Rogan was one of the most downloaded episodes of all time, previously alleged that treatments for the virus were given to states based on partisan political tactics, and not on need.
In an interview with Charlie Kirk in December 2021, McCullough referenced Senate testimony he gave on Nov. 19, 2020, during which he advocated for early treatments to prevent the worst symptoms of Covid. In response, he said, he was told that the evidence wasn't "good enough" and rather than looking at his data, critics said that more and bigger studies were needed.
The vice chief of internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center and professor at Texas A&M University also told Kirk his concerns regarding the Covid vaccine. "We're not talking about a one-time shot," McCullough said. "We're talking about frequencies down today, it hit the wires, that boosters may last only 10 weeks. So we're looking at very, very tight frequencies of repeated genetic injections, which code for the production of the spike protein... suggesting that the spike protein probably less than the human body for over a year per injection. So now if we started injecting every three months or six months there will be a progressive accumulation of this disease-causing protein in critical organs like the brain, the heart, bone marrow, and elsewhere."
