Willis is alleged to have told Bradley that he should stay quiet if questioned about her affair with Wade.

A new court filing submitted by co-defendent David Schafer in the Georgia RICO case targeting Donald Trump has alleged that Fani Willis encouraged Nathan Wade's now former divorce attorney Terrence Bradley to keep quiet if asked about the pair's affair.
The September 2023 phone call during which Willis is said to have made those comments was allegedly overheard by Cobb County prosecutor Cindi Lee Yeager, who has stated that she would be willing to testify under oath that what Bradley told her about the timeline of the relationship in person contradicts statements he made on the stand.
"They are coming after us," Willis allegedly told Bradley, per the New York Post. "You don't need to talk to them about anything about us."
While on the stand last week, Bradley claimed he did not know when exactly Willis and Wade started dating, however text messages presented during the hearing showed that he'd told a lawyer for another one of Trump's co-defendants that the two were "absolutely" in a relationship before Willis hired Wade as the lead prosecutor.
When presented with the text messages, Bradley looked them over, and quietly said to himself, "Oh dang." He went on to note that his claims were "speculation."
Monday's filing stated that Yeager "became concerned as a result of the fact that what Mr. Bradley testified to on the witness stand was directly contrary to what Mr. Bradley had told Ms. Yeager in person."
She claimed that he told her Wade "had definitively begun a romantic relationship with Ms. Willis during the time that Ms. Willis was running for District Attorney in 2019 through 2020."
Willis, who has suggested that Bradley "had every motive to lie" having exited Wade's law firm on suspicion of sexual assault, testified that she and Wade began seeing each other romantically in 2022, after she hired him.
The case against Willis hinges on whether that statement is true. If she and Wade got involved before he was hired, it could be seen as a conflict of interest.
