Hunter Biden hard drive leaker flees to Switzerland, promises to recover and publish deleted materials

According to the Daily Mail, former War Room co-host Maxey was their source in obtaining a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop back in Spring 2021. Reportedly, the leaker is hoping to publish "450 gigabytes of deleted material" online in a database.

Maxey promised that the findings will be more readily accessible for the public, but he also expressed a lack of faith in having the safety to do this from within the United States.

The chain of custody was described as being from the Delaware computer store’s owner, who passed it onto Rudy Giuliani, who then gave it to Mr. Maxey.

After reaching out to the Daily Mail, Maxey describes how SUVs began staking out his house and harassing his friends who worked in the US intelligence community. One of those former senior members of that sphere said to Maxey: "If you don't release enough of this, so that they know you can release all of it, I'm telling you brother, you're a dead man," back in 2020.

Maxey settled on Switzerland after they were one of the only localities to not censor the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop when he made previous efforts to publish contents. GETTR’s Jason Miller has since expressed his platform’s support for Maxey’s planned efforts going forward.

Jack points out how the FBI initially had a copy of Hunter Biden’s hard drive since December 2019, and the relevancy of his discussions surrounding business dealings in Ukraine could’ve made a meaningful difference in the outcome of former President Trump’s first impeachment trial.

Late last month, Florida Representative Matt Gaetz was shocked to find out in testimony that the FBI lost the Hunter Biden laptop, with the Republican offering his own copy for the congressional record.

Maxey believes that Trump suffered the first betrayal, while the American people suffered a second one as establishment interests worked to suppress the Hunter Biden leaks when they first became public in October 2020.

On Maxey’s part, he said the Washington Post had the Hunter Biden hard drive since June 2021, and it was only very recently that the outlet put out a story about its validity. According to the Daily Mail, Maxey is credited as bringing that story to light, alongside the New York Times report on Hunter Biden.

"If you have an honest press, who are willing to report the bad stories, and uncover the corruption, then we as voters are more informed about who we should have in elected office. And they failed us miserably," Maxey said of mainstream media’s failure to discuss the Hunter Biden scandal at that pivotal moment in late 2020.

He had other grievances beyond the press. Maxey told Daily Mail that he neatly presented a copy of the Hunter Biden laptop to the Senate Judiciary Committee and Chuck Grassley, but he never got a response from them.

'I have a lot of admiration for Chuck Grassley – or I did. I wrote a very reasoned, rational, respectful letter to Chuck Grassley and delivered him a copy of the laptop that arrived on the eighth of July, I have the signed receipts. I never heard a word back from the Senate Judiciary Committee even once."

Despite that, the renewed attention to the Hunter Biden story brought on by establishment media reporting has encouraged Republicans of the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday to demand documents from 51 members of the intel community who in October 2020 denounced the emergence of Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation.
