View on XIn response to these calls, Twitter sent a statement to the Daily Mail on Tuesday, saying Musk's appointment to the Board would not have any immediate impact on decisions regarding bans, though they did not rule out a future reinstatement.
"Twitter is committed to impartiality in the development and enforcement of its policies and rules," they said. "Our policy decisions are not determined by the Board or shareholders, and we have no plans to reverse any policy decisions. As always our Board plays an important advisory and feedback role across the entirety of our service. Our day to day operations and decisions are made by Twitter management and employees."
Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec also encourages Trump supporters to use the Orange emoji, in a similar fashion to earlier this year where the social media platform was flooded with the fruit to mark one year of Trump being banned from Twitter.
